Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally recognised brands.In this business-critical role, you'll lead the reliability services for our production teams who operate within a continuous manufacturing environment. When you join our team, we offer flexibility for work/life balance, access to our Employee Assistant Provider, annual flu vaccinations, on-site physio and job specific training and development as well as access to the LinkedIn learning platform.What Will You Do?Contributing to the safety of our people, the quality of our product and the reliability of our equipment, you will:lead, motivate and manage the Reliability Team consisting of planning, trades, and apprentices.lead strategic business projects (CI, PM, OE, Yield, life cycle management, RM Contingency Planning)guide maintenance personnel by analysing asset performance and providing expert advice to enhance equipment performance, capability, and cost efficienciesundertake budget management and compliance documentation to ensure maintenance activities align with business requirementsfacilitate root cause analysis and resolve a variety of manufacturing scenariosMore About YouWe welcome applications from engineering or trade professionals with applied knowledge of manufacturing asset maintenance and reliability improvement techniques.
