About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive Reliability Engineer to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will drive operational performance improvements by enhancing equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure asset performance, availability, and compliance with maintenance practices, as well as manage customer adherence to equipment hire rules.
What You'll Be Doing:Monitor and analyze equipment reliability and performance.Conduct failure analysis and manage rectification efforts.Lead incident investigations and provide solutions to prevent reoccurrence.Perform asset performance trend analysis and manage reliability data.Coordinate the process for capturing, reporting, and addressing breakdowns and downtime.Collaborate with internal teams and customers to enhance asset management practices.What You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.Proven experience in a maintenance/reliability role within a relevant industry.Strong business acumen with the ability to assess the financial impact of operational decisions.Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present findings effectively.Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to managing fluctuating workloads and deadlines.Experience in client/contractor relationship management.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer literacy.Apply TodayIf you're a passionate Reliability Engineer with a strong drive for operational excellence and are looking for an exciting short-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
