Together, we have created a supportive and dynamic environment that allows our people to grow and develop.RoleWe have an opportunity for a Reliability Engineer within the Project Engineering team located in our Perth office.
The position is suited to an individual with an interest in solving problems using data and automation while working in a collaborative team environment to build their skills.ResponsibilitiesHelping clients identify maintenance improvements using outputs of IronMan.Contribute to sophisticated RCA's using input from IronMan.Contributing to life cycle costing models.Performing validation of IronMan outputs and providing improvements to the software team to update algorithms.Help develop new algorithms for various data sets and domain challenges.Understand how all aspects of IronMan work, including value drivers so that all other responsibilities are approached with this context.Attend client meetings as required, discuss existing and new functionality while also understanding new requests or issuing feedback to scope for resolution.Perform client builds and deployments.Help clients solve reliability challenges and training of new users.About YouEager to learn and be part of an inclusive team.Enjoy working with data and problem-solving.Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Engineering.Or proven experience in the field of equipment maintenance or trade qualification.Working rights in Australia.Positively disrupting the reliability & maintenance analytics space.World-class culture and team capability.Exciting environment in a growing, profitable tech company.Gain exposure to Tier 1 industrial organisations.Continuous learning and development.Grade 1, centrally located offices, with end of trip facilities.At OXMT, we have always promoted a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
