As a Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of asset maintenance processes.
Your role will involve analyzing maintenance data, identifying areas for improvement, devising reliability strategies, and implementing maintenance plans to optimize asset performance.
We are in search of candidates with a robust background in reliability engineering, preferably with experience in asset maintenance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.

Role Overview:
As the Reliability Engineer, you will provide technical support and expertise to the operations, maintenance, and projects teams.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Delivering service to mine sites in alignment with the FY Business Plan Goals, Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), and Reliability KPIs by offering technical expertise to site maintenance and projects personnel.
Participating in Defect Elimination Processes to facilitate downtime analysis, develop improvement plans, and enhance operational performance.
Building and maintaining asset maintenance strategies for all assets within the operational area of responsibility using RCM and FMECA approach, and conducting analysis of conditioning monitoring data to mitigate emerging risks to asset performance.
Developing and updating Lifecycle Management Plans (AMPs) and associated work/strategy management systems to ensure compliance with the IMC asset management system, considering impacts from the Life of Operation Plan (LoOP), Mine Plan, CAPEX, OPEX, and Asset Integrity/Condition.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with experience and demonstrated capability in the following areas:
Asset management expertise in the resources industry, including FMECA/RCM facilitation.
ICAM and Apollo Root Cause Analysis.
Proficiency in project risk, change, and contract management.
Desirable experience in Advanced 1SAP, Excel, and OnePM.
Experience working in mining operations underground coal environment is desirable.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical or Electrical.
