We have an exciting opportunity for a Reliability Engineer to join our team in Tomago, NSW.
In this role, you'll focus on improving asset performance and reliability through strategic analysis, continuous improvement, and effective maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve equipment reliability and performance by conducting root cause failure analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Conduct incident investigations and manage asset performance through trend analysis and data management.
Design and implement reliability strategies to reduce downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to maintain compliance with asset hire rules.
Stay updated on industry developments and recommend improvements to maintenance practices.

What You Need:

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Experience managing client relationships and compliance.
