You will focus on continuous improvement and innovation in automation and robotics. Collaborate with production crews and departments like Safety, Reliability, Engineering, Product Development, and Quality.The AccountabilitiesAnalyse and Improve: Evaluate line performance, develop efficiency and reliability plans while ensuring safe work systems.Maintenance Strategies: Create, implement, and review maintenance strategies, including equipment obsolescence plans.Team Engagement: Collaborate with Team Leaders, Operators, Engineering, and Reliability Teams to enhance performance and knowledge through coaching and training.Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in CI activities and Problem Solving while staying up to date with technology advancements within the reliability framework.Project Management: Prepare, submit, and manage small-scale improvement projects, resolve machine reliability issues, coordinate project activities, and prioritize demands in a complex manufacturing environment.The Ingredients for SuccessJust like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:Trade or Engineering Qualification (Automation/Electrical) with FMCG operational and maintenance experience.PLC knowledge would be advantageous.Project Management experience and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP and AutoCAD.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid team facilitation abilities.Creativity, innovation, perseverance, and knowledge of Continuous Improvement Tools.Experience in applying problem-solving tools individually and within a team environment.Culture and PerksWe stand for high performance with integrity and find moments of pride and celebrate the wins gained from our collective effort.
