11 + 12 month contract - February start$135 - $160 per hour (inc-Super) - market estimate / negotiableBaseline Security Clearance highly desiredCanberra city addressOur client, an independent Federal agency in charge of organising, conducting and supervising Australian elections, is seeking the experience of a Release Train Engineer (SAFe / ART) for an 11 + 12 month contract based in Canberra.Duties of the Release Train Engineer (SAFe / ART)Contribute to and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes to support our teams in delivering value.Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.Escalate and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.Manage and optimize the flow of value and drive relentless improvements.Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) practices and Program Increment (PI) execution.Support the adaptation of SAFe to the client needs, standardising and documenting practices.Contribute to reporting artefacts in line with required cadences.Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious and evidenced experience and skills as a Release Train Engineer.A strong understanding of the SAFe methodology, and its application within a large and complex Program within a government context.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders and audiences.Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (desired).How to ApplyPlease forward your resume to Ben Cousins at Recruitment Hive by clicking the Apply button, or email your resume to citing Job ID: BC10365.
