About the Role: SoftLabs is seeking Release Train Engineer forICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in Canberra.
Responsibilities: The Release Train Engineer position will berequire to perform the following services:
Facilitate ART events and processes, andsupport our teams in delivering value. Communicate with stakeholders, escalateimpediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART)practices and Program Increment (PI) execution Support the adaptation of SAFe to theAEC's needs, standardising and documenting practices. Utilise relationship management skills toform and maintain positive working relationships across the Program. Perform additional responsibilities in linewith this position. Evidenced experience and skills as aRelease Train Engineer. A strong understanding of the SAFemethodology, and its application within a large and complex Program within agovernment context. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, and the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and negotiatewith a range of audiences. Excellent teamwork skills, with the abilityto work with colleagues to achieve outcomes. Experience effectively managing competingpriorities and strategic directions, with an ability to remain calm underpressure and respond flexibly to change and uncertainty. Proven ability to act with discretion andintegrity in managing sensitive information. Expected Start Date: Tuesday, 05 December2023
