Release Manager - Financial Services

We are looking for a Release Manager to oversee the release and migration of a large cloud-based program of work. You will plan, coordinate, and manage the release process to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain engineering release schedules.Work with development, QA, product management, and operations teams.Identify and address potential issues.Oversee testing to meet quality standards.Supervise the deployment of releases to production.Prepare release notes and deployment guides.Ensure releases meet regulatory requirements.Optimize the release process and implement best practices.Troubleshoot issues post-release.

Qualifications & Experience required:

5+ years of experience in release management, preferably in trading technology or financial services using either AWS or GCP for multiple deployments at once.Technical background who has moved into Technical Project Management. Experience with release management tools and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
