AUD $109,060-$120,433 (Annual Gross). Salary offered is commensurate with experience. Infosys is seeking a skilled Release Manager / Engineer to join our team. This role involves coordinating and managing software release activities across agile scrum teams or within a portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with automated deployment pipelines, and a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Develop release plans and cycles, coordinating release content across scrum teams or within a portfolio. Continuously monitor and measure project/application release lifecycle. Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines and associated processes. Monitor outcomes of test automation suites, providing critical input to the testing team for improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and promote best practices, including business stakeholders. Embed continuous improvement into process and tools frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Manage non-production infrastructure and environments. Develop run books and implementation plans, and conduct release readiness reviews. Coordinate Go-Live activities including the execution of deployment plans and checklists. Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to discuss release scope and address roadblocks.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in stakeholder and program management. Strong technical capability in building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines. Expertise in scripting and debugging. Familiarity with ITIL processes and their adoption. Effective business communication and negotiation skills. Proven experience in release management or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
