About the Role:
We're accepting applications for the permanent part-time (45 hours per fortnight) Team Leader role, providing service across both our Eight Mile Plains and Robina venues.
Under a portfolio of programs, you will provide leadership and support to clinical practitioners in the areas of:
Complex case management Duty of care Diary management Performance management Providing back-up operational support to Administration Officers/Family Information Officers in the resolution of issues pertaining to client service delivery and property. About You:
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
An undergraduate tertiary qualification in Social or Behavioural Sciences Demonstrated experience in driving excellence in service delivery and performance Demonstrated experience in leadership and supporting teams through change Experience in providing case management, consultation, and support to clinical practitioners Experience managing a team including performance management, monitoring, and review Experience in client service delivery including: Complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening, case planning, case reviews, co-service delivery, and critical incident response Knowledge of current theory and practice relating to the provision of human services Ability to work some evenings if required to meet operational requirements of the role What We Can Offer You:
The salary being offered is between $105,522.71 to $118,885.12 per annum pro rata for part time, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.
