We are seeking someone who is interested in joining a dynamic national sales team who will be based in VIC, managing the VIC portfolio.
Someone who thrives on achieving outstanding sales results and delivering excellent customer service with empathy and compassion.

Our Relationship Specialists are responsible for supporting the conversion of business opportunities that drive Regis' growth across Residential, Home Care and Retirement Villages, with a focus on increased occupancy, RADs and packages and to act as an SM for sales and admissions activities as well.
The Relationship Specialist will also work closely with key stakeholders across the operations and marketing teams to implement strategies that maximise business growth.
Strong relationships and collaboration with all key stakeholders will contribute to successful outcomes, both within and outside the organisation.
This role has the potential to earn admissions incentives all the way up to 30% of the base salary on offer ( T&Cs apply).
Other responsibilities include:
Building relationships with external stakeholders to optimise national outcomesParticipating in the competitor and room pricing / package pricing analysisParticipating in the implementation of strategies to achieve optimal commercial outcomesSupporting the delivery of meaningful and insightful reports for the regionDelivering excellent customer service;Contributing to team culture and positive working relationshipsAbout you
Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care industry and sales requirements within the industry (desirable)Outstanding sales experience with a proven track record of driving sales results within a teamDemonstrated ability to analyse data and produce clear and concise reportsDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisationHigh level of personal leadership, integrity, initiative and excellent stakeholder engagement skillsMust have a driver's license and roadworthy vehicle; Regular travel between Homes (vehicle allowance provided)Why work for us
