Your contribution will be
Building and maintaining positive relationships with Mid and Major donors, as well as Gifts in Wills supporters Developing end-to-end stewardship strategies and journeys for the target audience, utilizing a mix of one-to-one and one-to-many approaches Preparing proposals, solicitations, and cultivation materials tailored to the target audience Ensuring a data-driven approach for decision-making, emphasizing segmentation models, consistent business rules, accurate reporting, and data integrity Collaborating closely with key colleagues to develop and implement donor moves management processes Coordinating with the Supporter Relations Team to provide appropriate responses to fundraising inquiries and enhance retention activities and materials to improve supporter satisfaction Your profile ideally illustrates
Demonstrated experience increasing revenue through high value relationship cultivation Experience in engaging with high-net-worth individuals and supporters of Gifts in Wills, including the ability to confidently and effectively ask for donations or contributions Practiced in managing a prospect/sales pipeline using data to inform decision making Working experience using CRMs for relationship management Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission Our offer includes
