Account & Relationship Management (Banking & Financial Services) We're seeking a talented and dedicated Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
You'll play a vital role in fostering long-lasting relationships with our members, understanding their needs, and providing them with personalized solutions as well as growing our existing member base.
About the Role You will take ownership of retaining, developing, and increasing the Police Bank membership as well as ensuring the ongoing profitable growth of lending portfolios.This is an 'on the road' role where you will actively promote the Police Bank brand as well as our products and services at member meetings, industry functions, conferences, and events.Provide specialist advice and personalized recommendations to both new and existing members - there is also some internal servicing where you will provide advice and handle inquiries via phone and email.Provide feedback on changes in market conditions, competitiveness, and competitor activities.About You Solid experience as a relationship manager or business development manager in the retail banking space is a must.
