This is a hybrid role covering the Central West region of NSW with your office base at Reliance Bank's Bathurst Head Office.You will need to enjoy engaging with our community members, which would include representing the Bank at workplace visits and attending industry and trade union events as required.
A fully maintained motor vehicle, company laptop and mobile phone will be included in your package.The role involves:Growing and managing member relationshipsDeveloping and fostering Industry relationshipsProviding expert and appropriately tailored financial solutions for membersAssessing applications for mortgage secured finance and unsecured facilitiesInvolvement with SME clients and commercial lending exposureMaking sound credit assessment decisionsAbout YouIdeally you will:Have at least two (2) years' experience as a Relationship Manager in Financial Services with an understanding of Commercial lendingEnjoy building strong relationships in relation to matters involving a wide range of stakeholdersOutstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsEffective time management and organisational skillsDemonstrate high ethical standards and integrity in all working relationshipsCertificate IV in Financial Services/Mortgage Broking and/or other relevant qualifications would be desirable.Hold your Tier II AccreditationOur ValuesGrow, Resilient, Trust, Accountable & Authentic are our Values.
