Take responsibility to manage a portfolio of clients for a Global leader of Industrial Gas Solutions.
What you will enjoy doing You will focus on business development and promoting our range of products to new and existing customers. You will proactively manage, retain and maximize a selection of managed and co-managed accounts with the overall objective of growing & achieving sales targets. Assist with other business activities within the region as required from time to time by the Business Manager. Work collaboratively with Field Sales and Cross-functional departments to manage the customer relationship in the most effective and efficient way. Contributing to the overall performance of the Sales and Marketing function as a member of the Sales and Marketing Team. Actively recording all customer contact in the agreed CRM system. Working towards providing a superior customer experience through outstanding customer support. Actively chasing and securing new business with non-BOC customers. What makes you great Minimum 3 years in Sales role (preferably Telephone based). Customer service experience is essential. Year 12 or equivalent. Welding or similar trade experience desirable.
