The Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Relationship Manager - this role will be responsible for managing key agent relationships, focusing on the execution of strategies to increase agent utilisation of the Flywire Agent Solution and growth within the region.
Working closely with the Senior Partnership Manager in the execution of strategies designed to increase agent sales growth and cross-selling opportunitiesResponsible for managing and strengthening existing customer relationships and driving revenue growth through cross-selling of our products and services; including Payments and Overseas Student Health CoverAct as the primary point of contact for agents and respond promptly to inquiriesOnboarding new agents via in person and virtual trainingsManage and build key internal and external stakeholder relationships to execute growth plansHere's What We're Looking For:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, Management or equivalent3+ Past working experience in the International Education Market (Working with Education/migration agents will be a plus)Experience with Overseas Student Health Cover a plusConsistent record of achieving targets and strong stakeholder management skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding cross-selling targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products and services.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Second language is a bonus.Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.Candidate who is a go-getter with a positive, can-do attitudeTechnologies We Use:
