As a Relationship Manager - Adviser Growth, you'll support allocated Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the Adviser Growth Team, by maintaining relationships, inflows and retention of a selected panel of BDM Advisers.
Day to day, you'll:
Maintain and develop a panel of Advisers and implement a contact program to identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, maintain existing support, prevent outflows and promote new inflows.Act as a central point of contact to a panel of External Financial Advisers that recommend ART products to their clients by providing timely information, training and updates relating to ART's product range.Prepare and deliver insightful reports on adviser engagement and growth metrics.Lead, develop and implement Adviser Online, Introduction to Australian Retirement Trust (where appropriate) and any other training activity.About you It goes without saying you'll excel at building and nurturing strong relationships.
You possess a strong understanding of the financial advice landscape and superannuation products, which allows you to provide valuable insights and tailored support.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential, as you need to effectively convey information, conduct training sessions, and address any concerns key stakeholders may have.
You are RG146 compliant to give General Advice in Superannuation and Insurance (as a minimum).You can influence clients to achieve an outcome.You have a Diploma of Financial Services (FP) or equivalent (desirable).A deep understanding and passion for serving the customer.Apply online now Everyone is welcome to apply.
