About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, client-focused Coordinator of our Relationship Learning programs. You will be responsible for the development, delivery and expansion of Family and Relationship Learning programs (group and individual), incorporating funded services and other fee for service work.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the delivery, curriculum, design, and evaluation of Relationship Learning programs (psycho-educational groups and individual programs) to enhance and improve relationships
Develop and expand Relationship Learning programs and training packages, including webinars and workshops that incorporate evidence-based practise
Growing Relationship Learning programs services into new markets, including into other states and diversifying the customer base
Ensure programs reach the needs and are accessible for a diverse range of communities, including CALD, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, LBGTIQ+ and people with disabilities
Maintain consistent and best practice of programs through training and supervision of facilitators and program support staff.
Develop and maintain excellent administrative processes for the delivery of services
About you?
You will have:
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in social/behavioural sciences or education Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment will be highly regarded
Demonstrated track record in growing services into new markets, including into other states and diversifying the customer base
Extensive experience in evaluating, designing (including co-designing) and implementing educational programs
Proven experience in delivering Relationship Learning (or similar) programs for couples, individuals, and families
Demonstrated knowledge of theories related to power, intimacy, and sexuality in relationships
Strong understanding of psychoeducational principles, adult learning theories, and their culturally appropriate application
High-level communication skills with a commitment to professional development, teamwork, and effective service delivery
Ability to provide clinical and management supervision to facilitators and support staff
Working knowledge of the Family Law Act 1975 is highly desirable
