This role will also facilitate group programs, seminars, and workshops, and provide case planning and management processes with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
Having the relevant qualifications, a passion for and the experience in providing relationship counselling services, reflective practice and good foundational skills in using technology, will see you succeed in this role.
This position is a Fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026, based in our Coffs Harbour office, working 37.5 hours per week.
This position is in line with a SCHADS Award Level 5, the current hourly rate is $53.24ph, plus 11.5% superannuation.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: 1.
Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in counselling, psychology, social work or related discipline; OR a Graduate Diploma in counselling in addition to a Bachelor degree that is not a related discipline 2.
Demonstrated experience and skills in: · delivering counselling services to one or more of the following - individuals, couples, families and children · case work with clients, implementing and supporting case plans · facilitating groups, seminars, and workshops · solutions focused and interpersonal communication skills · report writing, case notes, data collection, and data entry · working with online systems and technology, such as a CRM (Client Relationship Management) System and Zoom.
