The Position: As the RTW Coordinator, you will oversee the RRTWC function nationally. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary contact for injured employees and managersProviding rehabilitation and return-to-work support for both work-related and non-work-related injuriesManaging Workers Compensation claims and RTW PlansLiaising with GPs, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists regarding employee injuries and RTW plansDeveloping and monitoring suitable plans, and supporting leaders to implement them for positive return-to-work outcomesAssisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures in line with our governance framework and legislationCompleting necessary reporting for prompt claim lodgment and early interventionMaintaining records in accordance with legislative and business requirementsSkills and Experience: Sound knowledge of injury management and workers' compensation legislationRehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator TrainingExperience in claims/injury managementAbility to conduct site visitsCapability to manage a large caseload from start to finishApply today or email ****** if you have any queries.
