Position SummaryThe Grade 3 Senior Clinician Rehabilitation Physiotherapist is a clinical expert in rehabilitation, demonstrating high levels of specialist knowledge and superior consolidated skills. They are responsible for provision, co-ordination and development of Physiotherapy Rehabilitation services across multiple clinical areas and sites. They have currency of professional expertise and skills, and have experience acting on expert advisory committees.The Grade 3 Senior Clinician Rehabilitation Physiotherapist is responsible for clinical leadership in the areas of quality, risk management and education. They are responsible for the supervision and professional development of individuals and teams including Grade 2, Grade 1 and AHA staff. They have effective skills to manage people, performance and systems, as well as initiate connections and develop relationships with external agencies.The Grade 3 Senior Clinician Rehabilitation Physiotherapist has high level investigative skills and leads quality and research innovations for service growth and development. They contribute to the development of the Physiotherapy service and profession.The Grade 3 Senior Clinician Rehabilitation Physiotherapist may be required to deputise for the Physiotherapy Team Leader.
