Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalised rehabilitation plans. Provide counselling and support to clients to enhance their overall well-being and independence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize rehabilitation programs. Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective outcomes. Assist clients in developing essential life skills and coping mechanisms. Deliver workshops and group sessions to facilitate skill development and peer support. Requirements:
Qualification as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work). Provisional or Registered Psychologists are welcome to apply! Registration or membership with a recognised professional body. Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle. Interested in this position?
