About The Position
As part of a dedicated team reporting to the Team Lead, you will engage in a multifaceted role encompassing Rehabilitation Case Management and various assessments (Vocational, Labour Market, Psychological Pre-Employment). This position involves local travel, serving a diverse client base across private and public sectors. Your efforts will be crucial in facilitating the return to work of injured workers, negotiating beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders, and empowering individuals towards workplace independence.
Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehab Counselling. Eligibility for Provisional Psychologist registration or ASORC Membership. Open to new graduates eager to embark on a meaningful career. Valid Australian Driver's License. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong time management, goal-setting, and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently. A positive, solution-focused attitude.
