Rehabilitation Counsellor

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Allied Health Professionals to join an expanding team in Port Macquarie, NSW.
This company is a leading national workplace rehabilitation provider, with a network of skilled professionals who support each other in their professional development.
The successful candidates will benefit from a dedicated onboarding program and tailored learning and development programs to aid progression. We have full-time and part-time positions available for Psychologists and Social Workers.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans. Provide counselling and support to clients to enhance their overall well-being and independence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize rehabilitation programs. Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective outcomes. Assist clients in developing essential life skills and coping mechanisms. Deliver workshops and group sessions to facilitate skill development and peer support.

Requirements:
Qualification as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work). Provisional or Registered Psychologists are welcome to apply! Registration or membership with a recognised professional body. Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
