Contract opportunity working with NSW Workers Compensation clients.Competitive fee for service rates up to $120 per hourOption for Vocational assessment onlyGuaranteed hours and files offering security to contract staff.Established NSW contractor only model with ongoing workflow.Remote opportunity – be located anywhere in Australia!This successful rehabilitation provider is seeking a contract Rehabilitation Counsellor to take on assessment with the option of case management services within the NSW workers compensation scheme. This role is highly flexible and autonomous – you will be working alongside a team of highly skilled and professional contractors.
This contracting opportunity is open to experienced and confident Rehabilitation Counsellors with a strong desire to assist their clients in achieving positive outcomes – return to health and work. You have excellent rapport building skills and be confident in conducting assessments and case managing your clients remotely.
Please note: If you have a preference for assessment or case management only – this can be accommodated for. You will be responsible for the following: Completing remote assessments - Vocational Assessments predominantlyReturn to work case management of your clientsLiaison with key stakeholders.Working closely with a strong employment services division.Completion of high-level written reporting.Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling (with relevant registration & membership ASORC etc).Previous occupational rehabilitation experienceRecent experience with NSW Workers Compensation casesThe ability to work effectively on an independent basisPositive and client-centred professional with great communication skills in a remote settingACN & Professional Indemnity insurance (or willingness to gain).The role will provide you with: Generous contracting rates commensurate with experience.Ongoing work available with the opportunity for guaranteed hoursAppreciative and supportive management with this stable employerExcellent infrastructure and systems – strong admin model & processesAn experienced team & strong employment services divisionAn exciting opportunity to join this successful, boutique employer in a contracting capacity.
