What you will be doing: Psychosocial coaching to participants with injury, illness or disabilityCase managing complex psychological issues and liaising with treating health professionalsDeliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation servicesWorking across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clientsDevelop graduated return plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goalsWhy this role: Salary above market ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 + SuperLucrative bonuses for Return to Work, Return to Life & Productivity OutcomesTailored career progression dependent on your skills, interests & experiencesExceptional administrative support & high quality technology - mobile + laptop providedNeed transportation?
