The successful applicant will enjoy managing their own work schedule and reduced travel with referrals/clients being within a 45-minute radius of their home. Full-time preferred, part-time considered with negotiable starting dates on offer. What you will be doing: You will enjoy a variety of working environments - external visits, Work From Home and office working Referrals are assigned based on your geographical area with most travel being maximum 35 mins away per appointment Caseload of around 25 clients per consultant You will be working with a variety of clients, performing 1:1 services, managing treatment plans and supporting clients in their return to work goals Worksite assessments, pre-employment medicals, ADL and ergonomic assessments (training provided where required) Providing evidence-based assessment and therapy to clients with physical and psychological conditions Liaising with external stakeholders Completing reports and updating progress notes Why this role: Above award salary ranges - earn between $70,000 - $105,000 + super Be rewarded for your hard work - earn up to an additional $10,000 per year in bonuses Manage your own schedule giving you flexibility in working hours!
