What you will be doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly Physiotherapy (early intervention and workers compensation) – if physio qualified Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
