As a dedicated Rehabilitation Counsellor, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in regional Victoria by joining our client's esteemed team.
Your expertise will be crucial in guiding individuals through their recovery process and facilitating their successful return to work.
This role involves crafting and implementing customized strategies that address the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of rehabilitation.
Your work will empower individuals to regain confidence and achieve sustainable employment while also contributing to the well-being of the regional community.
Collaborate with local businesses to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by regional workplaces, all while enjoying the distinct advantages of a regional lifestyle What you will be doing: Provide comprehensive case management and coordinate rehabilitation services for clients, addressing both physical and psychosocial needs.
Support clients in regaining functional performance and managing psychosocial challenges to ensure successful outcomes and a seamless return to work.
Conduct thorough worksite, functional, and psychosocial assessments to understand the client's overall situation and environment.
Identify and address barriers to Return to Work (RTW) , including psychosocial factors, and create strategies to overcome them.
Assist clients in re-entering the workforce or finding new employment opportunities , incorporating job coaching and recommending workplace modifications that consider both physical and psychological needs.
Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that address both the physical and psychosocial aspects of recovery, facilitating the reintegration of injured workers into their roles.
Collaborate with a range of stakeholders , delivering practical solutions and tailored recommendations that consider the full spectrum of the client's needs, including psychosocial support.
Why this role:  Competitive salary : Above market rates, ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 + Super (based on experience).
