As a Rehabilitation Consultant, You Will Be Responsible For: Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical and allied health professionals in a joint effort to achieve a common goal. Case management. Collaborating with employers and employees to create and execute programs aimed at preventing injuries and providing education on workplace safety. Providing support to individuals with injuries or health conditions to help them recover and successfully reintegrate into the workforce. Utilising clinical skills to perform diverse assessments such as initial, workplace, and vocational assessments. These assessments aid in diagnosing, supporting treatment plans, addressing psychosocial obstacles to employment, and identifying suitable job opportunities for workers who have suffered injuries in the workplace or from a motor vehicle accident. What you will need: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy. Full AHPRA registration or ESSA. Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
