Rehabilitation Consultant - Registered Nurse / Social Worker / Occupational TherapistWe are Tasmania's largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, providing services unique to the local Tasmanian community.Our organization is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, driven Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with a passion for injury management and workplace rehabilitation to join our experienced team of rehabilitation consultants.This opportunity is truly unique and is perfect if you are looking for a position with plenty of variety, autonomy, and flexible working hours.Job DescriptionThis full-time opportunity will see you delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.Day to day, you will undertake:Workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, such as:Initial Needs AssessmentsWorkplace AssessmentsAdvice concerning job modificationsRehabilitation Counselling/Vocational AssessmentsADL assessmentsMedical case conferences, stakeholder liaison and case management servicesSupport needs assessmentsQualificationsFull registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers)Excellent communication, time management and organizational skillsA self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-doneAbility to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police ClearanceCurrent Australian driver's license and vehicleThe ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journeyWhat we offer you:Truly flexible work arrangements (work from home, part-time, supportive of family commitments)Extensive employee benefits package including salary packaging, novated leasing, leave purchasing scheme, paid parental leave, Employee Assistance Program and much more!Looking for a change in lifestyle?
