Job DescriptionIn this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, supported by a strong team of healthcare professionals.
You will provide occupational rehabilitation services and psychological treatment to clients with various conditions.
Your duties will include:
Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation AssistantsApplying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomesDeveloping and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programsCollaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionalsBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholdersProviding evidence-based psychological interventionsCompleting assessments including initial assessments, treatment plans, and vocational assessments.QualificationsOur new team member will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation CounsellingFull or provisional Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or Registration with ASORC as a Rehab CounsellorClinical knowledge of pathologiesStrong communication skillsExcellent time management skillsA desire to problem solve and innovateA passion for injury prevention and return to workA current driver's license and access to a vehicleAdditional InformationNew team members are matched with a buddy and enjoy comprehensive induction and mentoring.
