In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day with the support of a strong team of healthcare professionals.
You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological, supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Your duties will include: Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation AssistantsApplying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomesWorking with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programsCollaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionalsWorking across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, and employer-funded injury prevention programsAssisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomesCompleting a variety of assessments using your clinical skills.We welcome new graduates to apply!

Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation CounsellingGeneral or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Full membership with ASORCPrevious experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regardedFabulous communication skillsCompassion and kindnessWell-developed time management skillsA current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.Additional Information Every day, we seek better together for our clients, our customers, our community, and each other.
