You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, supporting them to achieve health and work outcomes.Your Duties Will IncludeCase management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation AssistantsApplying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomesWorking with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention programsCollaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionalsWorking across various schemes such as workers compensation and employer-funded programsAssisting clients with injuries to achieve health and work outcomesCompleting assessments to support treatment plans and identify suitable employment opportunities.New grads welcome to apply - We offer Primary Internal Supervision!We offer a hands-on approach to learning and developing your career.QualificationsYou'll be a driven professional with the following qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation CounsellingGeneral or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for ASORC membershipPrevious experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regardedExcellent communication skillsEmpathy and compassionWell-developed time management skillsA current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with insurance.Additional InformationAt IPAR, we seek better together for our clients, customers, community, and each other.
