Typical Responsibilities IncludeCompleting assessments (physical injury, workplace, ergonomic)Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionalsMaking referrals to external clinicians as neededCase management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress, delivering successful return to work outcomes)If you are new to the Occ Rehab field, training can be provided as long as you have some post grad clinical experience and demonstrable motivation about moving into workplace injury management.
