As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll apply your expertise in physiotherapy to address the social, physical, psychological, and financial aspects of workplace injuries and illnesses. Leverage your empathy, experience, and dedication to facilitate a smooth and rapid recovery process for individuals, helping them achieve better health and increased productivity. All of this while enjoying the stunning natural beauty of Tasmania, renowned for its lush landscapes and tranquil settings.What you will be doing:Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation servicesIdentify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs accordinglyProvide support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to workConduct pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clientsWhy this role:Salary above market ranging from $75,000- $105,000 + Super (experience dependent) + BonusFinancial incentives—Receive regular financial rewards for making an impact through achieving successful client outcomesNeed more 'me time'?
