This role is perfect for Paramedics wanting to leverage their emergency care expertise in a new and meaningful way. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will assess client needs, develop customised rehabilitation plans, and offer expert guidance to clients and their families. This position provides a unique chance to expand your skill set and make a significant impact on patient recovery and quality of life.
What you will be doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work. Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000k + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus incentives.
