What you will be doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic) Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus Financial incentives- Receive regular financial rewards for making an impact, through achieving successful client outcomes Need more 'me time'?
