Job Description How you'll be making an impact in people's lives: Undertaking Occupational Therapy assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments Undertaking assessments to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plansDesigning and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacityIdentifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participationUnderstanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goalsLiaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes Qualifications What you'll bring to the role: Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy and full AccreditationWillingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible waysThe ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journeyA commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customersWillingness to work in the community (must have drivers licence and access to own vehicle)Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance Additional Information What we offer you Truly flexible working, in the community, from home and the office – you set your scheduleLearn and be mentored from a multi-award-winning team!Multiple career pathways and professional development opportunities – 90% of our leadership team have been promoted from within!Generous financial incentives program to reward you for your impactPurchase additional annual leavePaid parental leaveAdditional employer benefits package including salary sacrificing, fitness passport, novated leasing, Star Finder referral program and so much more!At WorkFocus, we get people well and working.
