About the Position: As part of our client's Workplace Rehabilitation team, you will be instrumental in facilitating a safe and efficient return to employment for individuals with psychological or physical injuries. This role offers the autonomy to manage your own schedule effectively, while also being supported by a cohesive and supportive team. Your day-to-day tasks will include a mix of case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, and collaborating with a range of professionals to implement preventative and educational workplace programs. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy. Registration with AHPRA or ESSA. Demonstrated passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Strong interpersonal and time management skills. Valid driver's license and access to personal transport.
