You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Your duties will include:Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomesWorking with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programsWorking collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionalsExposure to a variety of clients, customers, and different types of personal injury schemesCompleting a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.New Grads very welcome to apply!QualificationsOur new team member will have:A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Psychology, or Social WorkProfessional Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORCStrong communication skills to build and develop relationshipsExcellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environmentA desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiative, and achieve resultsA passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefitsEnergy and drive to grow our servicesA current driver's license and access to their own vehicleAdditional InformationNew team members are matched up with a buddy and enjoy comprehensive induction and employee assistance programs combined with ongoing workplace mentoring.
