In this role, you will:
Utilising your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupationsEvaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illnessHelping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interestsPerform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessmentsResponsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goalEngaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectivesWhat's in it for you at Konekt When you join Konekt, you can expect a range of great benefits to develop you in your career and to look after your wellbeing, including:
