What you will be doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation servicesIdentifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordinglyProviding support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clientsWhy this role: Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $115,000 + Super (experience dependent) + BonusNeed more 'me time'?
