What you will be doing: Provide professional RTW advice and negotiate physical capacity upgrades.Liaise with treating parties to drive claims forward and assist with onsite and remote RTW coordination.Develop tailored RTW plans and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.Deliver injury management and early intervention services while maintaining high standards of case management and reporting.Foster strong relationships with employers, insurance brokers, and clients to achieve positive outcomes.Facilitate medical consultations, case conferences, and attend workplace meetings as needed.Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $85,000 - $120,000 + Super (experience dependent) + BonusFinancial incentives- Receive regular financial rewards for making an impact, through achieving successful client outcomesNeed more 'me time'?
