What You Will Be Doing: Serving as an integral member of a dedicated team, supporting individuals who have sustained psychological or physical injuries in the workplace.
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored rehabilitation strategies to facilitate a safe and successful return to work, whether with the current or a new employer.
Collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including insurers, medical professionals, employers, and employees, to deliver optimal outcomes.
Implementing inclusive solutions that recognise and embrace the diverse needs of clients, ensuring equitable recovery for all.
