All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.
What you will be doing:Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation servicesIdentifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordinglyProviding support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clientsWhy this role:Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $100,000 + Super (experience dependent) + BonusRelocation support providedIndividualised mentorship tailored to suit your strengths, skills and interestsBe supported by industry leading senior allied health professionalsReceive comprehensive onboardingFeel supported through their Employee Assistance ProgramFinancial incentives- Receive regular financial rewards for making an impact, through achieving successful client outcomesNeed more 'me time'?
