Responsibilities: Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing. Working with your clients to develop, implement, and monitor their rehabilitation plans. Provide ongoing support as they return to the same job or source new employment. Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments. Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers. Report writing, reviewing medical files, and maintaining case notes, providing a high-quality case management service. Truly immerse in the ADF experience. A unique work setting you will be located "on-base." Work hours include 07:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday at Lavarack Barracks - no billable KPI's, purely person-centred support.

What will make you successful: Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA). Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work, Osteopathy, or Nursing. Clinical reasoning. Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal. Passion to help people rehabilitate. Occupational Rehabilitation experience is desirable. Ready to join?
