About Us: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to provide early intervention, injury prevention, and workplace rehabilitation services to clients.
In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to help individuals return to health, stay at work, or re-enter the workforce.
You will deliver high-quality service, manage cases, and work with key stakeholders to develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans.Key Responsibilities:Conduct clinical assessments and create comprehensive reports and recommendations.Provide ongoing health coaching, injury prevention, and rehabilitation services.Develop return-to-work plans and provide job preparation, job-seeking, and vocational counselling.Liaise with clients, employers, and medical practitioners to support clients' rehabilitation journeys.Ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain accurate case management records.Skills & Experience:Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology (essential).Full and current registration in your discipline (Provisional registration as a psychologist is acceptable).Strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently.Experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and OHS legislation is desirable.Key Competencies:Excellent case management and report writing skills.Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service and generate repeat business.Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.Additional Requirements:Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.If you're dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals' health and careers, we would love to hear from you.How to Apply: If interested, APPLY HERE or email your CV to ******
