Our client is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists to join their team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. With numerous opportunities available across Sydney and Regional NSW, this is your chance to take your career to the next level.This role is based in Orange, NSW.This RTW provider is fast-growing with a fantastic onboarding programme for new starters so you can learn the role with the support of experienced professionals.Responsibilities Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across a range of sectors, including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claimsConducting assessments such as functional, ergonomic, and home assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop return-to-work plansCase management, including developing and monitoring rehabilitation plans, liaising with key stakeholders, and maintaining accurate recordsBuilding relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all partiesParticipating in business development activities, including networking and identifying new business opportunitiesContributing to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiativesQualifications and experience:Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or PhysiotherapyFull AHPRA registration or ESSAUnrestricted Australian Working RightsCurrent driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicleWhile experience is preferred it is not essential!!Benefits:Salary of $75,000 - $110,000 + SuperLaptop and smartphone providedPerformance-based bonuses for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)Opportunities for professional development and career progression, including support for post-graduate studiesA supportive and dynamic team environment, with the opportunity to work alongside other experienced rehabilitation professionalsFlexible working arrangements, including the ability to work from home or remotely as requiredA focus on work-life balance, with a range of wellness programs and initiativesAccess to cutting-edge technology and resources to support your workThe opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients and their families, and to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.Interested in this position?
